JoAnne DeOleo is a finance executive with over 18 years of experience driving growth, operational efficiency, and organizational alignment. With a background that spans financial strategy, accounting, and human resources, she specializes in building systems and teams that help companies scale with clarity and accountability.

Throughout her career, JoAnne has led large scale financial initiatives, implemented enterprise systems, improved forecasting accuracy, and streamlined operations to enhance profitability and performance. Known for a collaborative leadership style, she focuses on connecting daily operations to long-term strategic goals.

JoAnne holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Endicott College.

Ben is the Founder and Managing Partner of Slack Water Capital. Prior to founding Slack Water Capital, Ben was an executive at Pool Troopers from August 2022 through January 2023. Ben joined Pool Troopers through its acquisition of The Pool Man of Key West ("The Pool Man") in August 2022. Ben was the President and CEO of The Pool Man from November 2019 through July 2022.

Ben currently serves on the boards of Atlantic Waters, E-Konomy Pools, DACS Asphalt & Concrete, QBM Services, DryEco Green Cleaners, iMold, and Jones Skips. Prior to his career as a lower middle market operator and investor, Ben was an industry agnostic business and investment analyst for various public equities and value-focused investment firms. Ben graduated magna cum laude from Western Washington University with degrees in Business Administration - Finance and Accounting. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Jeff Homer is the founder of Ensemble Performing Arts, a roll-up of more than 75 dance and music schools and related businesses. Jeff founded Ensemble while working at Independence Capital, a Denver-based multi-family office where Jeff was one of three employees responsible for managing the firm’s public equity portfolio across all sectors. Prior to joining Independence Capital, Jeff was an Associate at Reservoir Capital, a $5B AUM private equity firm in NYC. Prior to joining Reservoir, Jeff was an Associate at Bain Capital Credit, where he focused on debt investments in the Media and Entertainment industry. Jeff received an A.B. degree in Economics with high honors from Harvard University in 2013.
